Honestly, we just don't know.  Each person can find a way to navigate their own personal beliefs, traditions, and practices.  All are honored and welcomed at Unwind and we are certainly happy to entertain a discussion, but have no agenda other than to facilitate a calm and clear experience of the mind.

Our goal is to host a beautiful space for you to have the personal experiences you crave.  
Secular:  denoting attitudes, activities, or other things that have no religious or spiritual basis.
