Yoga gives Lynn the tools that have enriched all aspects of her life and she is moved to share this gift with others.

Pamela Quinn, Corporate Wellness Team Leader

Before I was a Yogi, an Entrepreneur, and a Holistic Coach, I was a CPA. I spent a good bulk of my career in public accounting auditing employee benefit plans. The numbers were always shocking to me. Simply taking a “bottom line” approach, I was always impressed that corporations would give so much to retain and reward their employees.

I really felt for these companies. The companies I had the privilege to spend time in really did care about their employees. They wanted them to be healthy and happy. It’s not just about the bottom line; it’s about taking care of a wider family. The employees, in turn, wanted to do a good job. They took pride in their work. They thought of their employers as family. My experience observing the dynamics between employee and company is it is a symbiotic relationship that works best when both parties are committed to taking care of each other.

Pamela Quinn is the Founder of Elemental OM, a Certified Chopra Center Instructor, Teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Heart of Yoga Instructor,  Author of "The Elemental Cleanse" and non-practicing CPA. She spent 6 years in public accounting working with KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young.
