The Wellness Coach will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled class time to set up and organize your facility.

Participation is limited only by the size of the facility.

Each Participate is to arrive in a timely and quiet fashion.  Participants are strongly encouraged to bring their own mats and props.  Unwind can arrange to bring mats for sale at a low cost of just $20/mat.

Each class begins with mindfulness body scanning, moves to very gentle movement appropriate for all bodies and focused on stress reduction, and finishes with a rest and a meditative experience.

Generally, Participants will have a 45 minute experience giving them 15 minutes to arrive and leave.

Participants are to wear loose and comfortable clothes.  No shoes or socks are worn during movement.
